JULY ROUNDUP...

Hey there!

So, I guess I have some serious explaining to do! It has become a real issue that I have completely abandoned this blog recently and I'm sorry if I have let a few of you down. Over the past few months, I have become extremely busy - meeting deadlines, finishing school and embracing the sunshine by spending some quality time with my friends and family.

I'm sure you can agree, blogging isn't as easy as everyone seems to think it is. Being a perfectionist, I worry that my content isn't good enough and often rewrite my drafts over and over before posting online. I felt myself becoming increasingly addicted to the Internet - completely glued to the screen for endless hours, every evening. However, I realised I was missing out on a lot of the gorgeous weather and so decided to unplug for a while. As a result of this, I decided to give up blogging for Devise. I didn't want to let it go so soon, but I was struggling to meet deadlines and I didn't want to disappoint any more people.

After an extremely detailed introduction, I think it's time to share my adventures in another monthly round up:

(left to right: Final Term of School/ Work/ Cousin's Christening/ Family BBQ/ Lightning & Football/ Embracing the Sun/ London/ Friendly Gathering/ Movie Night)

As you can see from above, this month certainly was a busy one - probably one of my favourites! Summer has always been one of my favourite seasons and I love catching a tan, meeting friends and just generally having fun outdoors!

Bye now! Xxx

  1. It's always good to have a break now and again and unplug (even if you're not a blogger!) I think it does take a little while to find a good balance anyway, I think the best way is to just blog when you can and if you feel like it! You've definitely not let anyone down-I really enjoy reading when you post but understand we all have lives outside our blogs!

Looks like a fab month anyway, love your dress for your cousins christening!
